Where does TriadOS run?+

Starter and Professional run on our multi-tenant cloud. Enterprise supports single-tenant cloud or on-premise deployment. All tiers keep data encrypted at rest and in transit, with region-pinning available.

Do you charge per agent or per action?+

Both. Each tier includes a bundle of agent packages and monthly Gateway runs. Overages are metered and billed in arrears — no surprise cutoffs. Pricing is predictable year to year.

What systems do you integrate with?+

ERPNext, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Salesforce, HubSpot, ServiceNow, Workday, and any REST/gRPC system via custom connectors. Enterprise tier includes bespoke integration engineering.

How does TriadOS handle compliance?+

SOC 2 Type II on the roadmap. Policy-as-code is version-controlled and auditable. Immutable receipts are signed and retained per your policy (default 7 years). Enterprise tier includes pre-built reporting packs for EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and ISO/IEC 42001.

Can we start small?+

Yes. Most customers begin on Starter with a single business process (supplier onboarding or PO processing is most common), then expand as authority use cases are proven.

Do you require replacing our agent builders?+

No. TriadOS sits downstream. Keep using LangChain, CrewAI, Salesforce Agentforce, Microsoft Copilot, or anything else. The Gateway enforces policy regardless of the agent's origin.
